Charges and Referrals
Fees
Please contact us by phone or email for up to date information regarding charges for our assessment and treatment services.
Fees are settled directly with the physiotherapist at the time of treatment by cash or cheque. A receipt will be provided. There will be a small travel charge for visits outside the High Wycombe area.
Referrals
We do not need a referral to provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment for your child.
We accept referrals from GP’s, Consultants, Health Visitors, Midwives, School and Nursery Staff. If you wish to reclaim your fees from a health insurance company, you may require a referral to physiotherapy from your GP. Please check with your health insurance company.
Insurance Companies
Please contact your insurance company or consult your policy for details regarding reclaiming fees for physiotherapy services. Some insurance companies require you to have a referral for physiotherapy from your GP.
You will be expected to pay for treatment on the day. You will be issued with a receipt which you can send to the insurance company for reimbursement.
Our physiotherapists are Chartered and HCPC registered, which is a requirement of many of the health insurance companies.

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to re-arrange or cancel your child’s appointment. A fee may be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time.
